As CEO of Supply SA and Executive Director of the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA), I lead a regional effort to transform public procurement and expand opportunity for small and local businesses. I also founded Koenig Williams Consulting to help mission-driven organizations unlock their potential through operational alignment, leadership development, and cultural transformation. My background spans government, defense, financial services, and healthcare—where I’ve led enterprise change, transformed infrastructure, and built coalitions that deliver real results.

I champion small business growth because I believe in its power to strengthen communities and expand economic opportunity.
